We offer handmade scented candles

All Scented Candles are handmade and hand poured with a 100% Soy Wax with love. We also offer customization of Scented Candles. We take pride in excellence and quality. Our Candles are made with your health in mind. Our formula takes candles back to the basics, no parabens or no phthalates fragrances. We also use Eco-friendly, non-toxic, cruelty free dyes.

refund AND EXCHANGES Policy

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to mysticcandles3@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Customized orders cannot be return, they are Final Sale.

The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return of items.

Shipping

Mystic Candles offers different shipping options depending on your location, including standard and express deliveries. Fees are calculated during checkout. Once your order has been complete and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online. Mystic Candles ship to continental USA, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Island and Canada. Please note that Mystic Candles is not able to deliver shipment to P.O. Box or APO/ FPO addresses..
